I saw a guy riding his bike this morning at 6 AM as I was on my way to bootcamp. He was presumably "working out" rather than heading to work seeing as he had his biking shorts on, a bladder pack, and was aggressively pedalling. I was in my car.
We stopped at the same red light. He reached down to the water bottle holder on his bike frame from which he surprisingly picked up his Starbucks coffee cup (hydration via latte, who would have thought) and took a swig before pedalling off into the distance.
Upon closer inspection of other cyclists, I've come to realize that this man was not alone. People cycle with coffee here.
It's hysterical.
